It's a 3rd for Charlie at Kames - Round 6 Scottish Championship

With Kames being such a short venue it was going to be super tight once again!!

 

We decided that we would set off on stage one like we meant it, this gave us fastest stage time by 1 second!!! However issues with the brakes (and my driving) dropped us back throughout the day to 3rd overall, still a cracking result for the Junior Rally Scotland championship!

 

Thanks to East Ayrshire Car Club for organising a brilliant event once again.

 

Thanks to all the Marshalls who stood out in rain or shine to keep the rally going.

 

Another massive thanks goes to all of the Junior 1000 Ecosse Challenge team who organised a brilliant training day on the Saturday before the rally. 

 

Thanks to Ross Cree for organising a tour of a local private collection. It was really interesting and good to see some beautiful cars.

 

Also a massive thanks to Ian Bass who kept me right once again on these short, technical stages!! Thanks mate.

 

A massive congratulations to Rian and Stuart on 1st, and Ollie and George on 2nd, cracking pace all day lads!!
