Lincoln Town Car limousine. 5ltr V8 engine.

1989 model and converted to a limousine from new.

Titanium Grey with grey leather interior.
Was based in Florida while in US.
Bought by current owner in 1995 and imported via Jacksonville, Florida.
Registered in UK.
Has been garaged throughout its time in the UK.
Last used on the road in 2009.
The current owner, bought the car in person in Tampa, Florida in 1995. He imported it into the UK and used it as a chauffeur driven limousine until 2008. The car has always been garaged and was maintained well while in use (no-one wants to break down while taking a bride to church!!)
He has a long history with American cars and through his contacts the limousine was a regular at the Newark 'Americana' show, both as a show vehicle and to transport the artists to and from the venue. Its also been transport to a number of 'stars' over its working life, one of which we still tease him about - while transporting Claire Sweeney one evening, she asked if they could stop for some food. Being a lovely person, she asked if he would like to join her to eat. He declined...........as he didn't want to leave the car!!!
Following his retirement, the car was parked up and fell into disuse. Its been a difficult decision for him to part with the car but he would really like it to find a new home now. Needing the garage space for his '67 Mustang has also helped that process!! He is realistic about the cars value, (you either want a limousine or you don't!) and would be happy its sale covered its costs. The car starts, drives and stops.
