Current V5 present. Paperwork includes a previous V5, an Owner's Manual, a service booklet containing 13 written stamps, some printed Radio Servicing history, some printed Rover P4 Servicing Schedules Provisional Documents for discussion, MOT certificates, old tax discs, declaration of SORN, confirmation of SORN, confirmation of tax, and various invoices for parts and work.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • 3 owners from new (first and second owners husband and wife)
  • Garage kept by the first owner and myself (for 20 years)
  • Has covered only 1500 miles in last 20 years
  • Inside condition original and excellent for year
  • Paintwork has some patina, chrome in good condition
  • Original tools including rare Rover pressure gauge
  • Rover Jack and starting handle located in the boot
  • Not used for last 10 years
  • Brake calipers and cylinders etc new but never put to use
  • Battery a few months old
  • The reason for not using was due to my retirement and purchase of a campervan
