Full winterising cover
Motor mover and remove - never used.
Water barrel, waste pipes, electric lead, gas connector, water pump.
Separate bathroom with separate shower cubicle, wardrobe, wash basin, and cassette toilet.
Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, pans, glasses, mugs, low amp kettle, gas fire, fridge, pull out 2 berth bed, separate large dining table and table top on drawers, sunroof, the air in and out take the fan, fire blanket, and smoke/CO2 detector.
Ex rental caravan used for 21 & 22 seasons. Winterised and water drained in October 2022.
