Paperwork includes a box file containing various printed history about the motorbike, a classic bike magazine, printed instructions for tuning your AMAL carburetors, a Triumph Manual, a replacement parts catalogue, a USB containing rebuild details, and various invoices for parts and work.
The vendor has provided the following:
Research shows that this is possibly an ex-City of London police bike with an age-related plate. It was bought by the present owner in 2003 and completely stripped and rebuilt. Over £3000 was spent on parts (receipts and restoration details have been provided). it has new (9:1) pistons, a reground crankshaft, new valve guides, valves, and non-leaded fuel seats. A new SRM clutch assembly, quick-detachable rear wheel, all bearings, seal bushes, etc. New stainless steel bolts were used wherever practicable. The mileage on the speedometer is 17,403. It has traveled less than 100 miles since the rebuild. Some photographs of the rebuild have been provided.
