Current V5 present. Paperwork includes an Original Build Manual and set of instructions, a car wiring diagram and electronic ignition diagram, old tax discs, MOT certificates, correspondence regarding the history of the vehicle, printed photographs of the vehicle, a Haynes Fiat 500 Owners Workshop Manual, a printed spare parts catalogue, magazine/newspaper clippings, and various invoices for parts and work carried out.

The vendor has provided the following:

Built in 1981 by an aeronautical Engineer, using his wifes fiat 500l as a single vehicle donor, after it failed its mot due to corrosion.

Bought by the current owner as a project during lockdown, and has undergone a complete restoration and mechanical rebuild.

Rebuilt engine, gearbox, and driveshafts

New brakes, cylinders, copper brake pipes all round

Completely reupholstered

New black mohair hood

Has original sidescreens and weather gear, all of which have clear windows and no rips, and have been fitted with new poppers and fasteners

Runs and drives well.

History file and build manuals

Has been used for local shows and runs throughout the summer

The original impala was conceived by a boat builder to be carried on the deck of large yachts. After the uptake of this option was poor the bodies were sold as kit cars, 7 of these remain.

Gets lots of interest at car shows and is a total laugh to drive, 500cc of raw power

Full mechanical rebuild new interior hood and weathergear.
