The vendor has provided the following:
You might like to know that the camshafts on the Lotus are not factory standard and Day Tune informed us that high-performance camshafts have been fitted. You will find the engine quite lumpy until warmed up and then it just wants to go. As far as we could research 2 Lotuses were prepared by the Lotus factory for demonstration to the motoring press, a fixed head, and a soft top. The soft top was featured in several magazines (UVF 101H) and refers to a sister car, the hard top. This could explain the camshaft issue. Please enjoy as my wife did for the last 50 years until she sadly passed away in September.
