Lot details

Make: CITROEN
Model: DS
Registration: LGW 35K
Engine Size (cc): 2175
Year of Manufacture: 1972
Date First Registered: 13/03/1972
Current V5: YES
Location: PICKERING
You can view from: Monday 10 July - Thursday 20 July

Current V5 present. Paperwork includes a folder with old MOT certificates, handwritten information on the car, photographs from the restoration, newspaper clippings, and lots of invoices for parts and work.

The vendor has provided the following information:

The car body is of the type and style of that used on Usine cars between 62 - 67 and the dash is 62 - 68. It is fitted with a 2175cc fuel injected engine and has a 4 speed semi-auto box.

Light recommissioning: new powder coated brakes, hydraulic buffers, new exhaust and a bit of welding to the o/s/r suspension stop.

Further work probably required: new wiring, a refresh of the hydraulics, engine rebuild.

Details of restoration included in the pack for inspection.

This is not a Chapron but it could have Chapron parts in it's DNA and looks just like a Charon from the mid 60's except one with a later engine and earlier ally louvres to the front wings.
