TIGER RACING AVON ZX-9R KIT CAR

• First registered 01?08?2003 (Q374 RMA) after SVA test passed.
• V5 present and only one owners from new (now retiring from track days).
• Kit origionally built by Chester Sportscar (an agent for Tiger Sportscar).
• Initially some road use but then only as a track day car and trailered to circuits.
• Vehicle on SORN and no MOT since 26/06/2009 (as track use only).
• To start turn ignition key 2 clicks then pushbutton (needs manual choke from cold).
• Silencer is ex Caterham Seven and has passed static noise tests at several circuits.
• Engine - 899cc Kawasaki ZX-9R on carburettors (about 140 bhp).
• Six speed sequential gearbox with Quaife reversing gearbox.
• Final drive Ford 4.62 ratio LSD differential (gives about 10 mph/1000 revs in 6th gear)
• Alloy wheels 15x 6 fitted with 250/50 Toyo R1-R tyres.
• Twin master cylinders with bias adjustable pedal box.
• Front brakes 4 pot Hi-Spec calipers and vented discs.
• Rear brakes 2 pot Hi-Spec Handbrake calipers and vented discs.
• Goodridge braided stainless brake lines throughout using Silicone DOT 5 brake fluid.
• Quick rack (2.4 turns).
• ETB Digi Dash 2 instruments panel (Speedo and Odometer erratic reading very high).
• Switchable Trickshifter (enables clutch less full throttle upshift and throttle blip downshift).
• Varley Red Top bettery newly fitted (October 2022)
• Digi dash manual and various other reference papers, bills, etc.
