Current V5 present. Paperwork includes a scanned copy of a V5, purchase invoice, MOT certificates, some Morgan Motor Company Limited correspondence, written make and model history, printed photographs of the vehicle, and a Morgan Sports Car Club application form.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • Morgan Plus 4 Doctor's Coupe fully restored to immaculate condition including engine and gearbox
  • New chassis and wooden frame
  • Original receipt from Harpers Morgan Distributor for Morgan +4 Drop Head Coupe Restoration Project Chassis 5329 purchased in 2008
  • The vehicle was totally restored over a five year period (2009-2013) by Dominic Mason of
  • M.D. Mason Morgan Sports Car Specialists (deceased) - 8 original MD Mason invoices detail the work carried out
  • Parts purchased:
  • November 2008 2 invoices from Heart of England Morgans
  • November 2008 1 invoice from T&J Enterprises Obsolete Lucas Specialists
  • November 2008 1 invoice from GEE Ltd Morgan Sales & Spares for Chassis & parts
  • November 2008 to
  • March 2009 6 invoices from Melvyn Rutter Limited Morgan Main Dealer for parts

Operational Note:

  • The hood for the fixed head coupe, which is in pristine condition, is permanently fastened to the bodywork of the car via a rail to rear of the seats
  • To close the hood lift and draw forwards, locate the leading edge in the metal rail above the windscreen
