NO CURRENT V5 - NEW OWNER TO APPLY. Paperwork includes a previous V5, a BMW wallet containing various Owner's Handbooks, a Service booklet containing 16 stamps, a Specification booklet, a current MOT certificate, and some invoices.
The vendor has provided the following:
The last time that the car had a full service was 25th August 2022. The mileage then was 55,270 as shown in the service book.
The dashboard is saying that the car needs an oil service, but the car mechanic, who does my car services doesn't have the technical equipment to register it on my car. My latest MOT, shows 57,175 miles, so that means that I have only done 1,905 miles since August 2022. It doesn't require an oil change and the colour of the oil proves it.
In the 'COVID' years, when I took it for an MOT, the alarm kept sounding and wouldn't switch off, so they disconnected it, which was fine for me, as I have never used the alarm, in the 15 years of having the car. I have only ever used the key to get the car open.
I hope the new owner gets a lot of pleasure driving this lovely car. I will be sad to see it go, but at nearly 80 years old, I'm finding it harder to get in and out of these days.
