Current partial V5 present - missing trade and export slips. Paperwork includes printed DVLA keeper history, scanned copies of previous V5s, previous V5, printed copies of Friends Reunited magazines, The Classic Motor Cycle Magazine, printed photograph of the bike, USB stick regarding the bike, and various invoices for parts and work.

The vendor has provided the following:

  • 1961 Triumph Speed Twin (ex Bristol Police) with matching engine/frame numbers and original transferable registration number
  • Interesting history as the policeman who rode it in the sixties sourced the bike in 2006, by then it had been de-commissioned and civilianised and painted black
  • The now ex-policeman then rebuilt the Triumph to as near original condition as possible when he rode it in the sixties back to its original colour of Ruby Red as supplied new from Triumph Motorcycles and hardly used it
  • There is lots of paperwork documenting the restoration including photographs and paperwork with parts bills
  • In May of this year, it was featured in a five-page article in the Classic Motorcycle magazine entitled 'Friends Reunited' A copy of the magazine is included
  • Used this summer on display at Classic Vehicle shows and Steam fairs, always attracting attention.
