Current owner bought brand new in July 1985 from UK Toyota dealership, 100%
genuine 38,918 recorded mileage.
Cab, bed and chassis were removed and stripped before it was ever driven to facilitate
total anti-corrosion treatment, chassis ‘tooling’ holes sealed, interior of chassis and
all body panels waxoiled, exterior treated with 3M Body Schutz.
Professionally built all alloy Rover 3.5 V8, rare (and very expensive) 15 x 15 Alcoa M/T
aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminium wheels that are now deemed ‘Too expensive
to make’ new Corbeau Baja Racing ‘Suspension’ seats and Luke 4 point harness’s,
new genuine KC Daylighter roof lamps (new fitting kits are in the box in the cab)
complete braided stainless steel brake lines and fittings throughout with cab mounted
brake bias valve, stainless exhaust with key fob controlled exhaust cut out, 75mm
solid body lift with grade 10.9 bolts, US Skyjacker springs & twin shocks, Bilstein
anti-tramp shocks, twin steering dampers with PAS.
Clutch, front brake calipers, engine, axles and gearbox oils are all less than 100 miles
old.
Due to standing the old fuel was drained in March 2024, new fuel inlet needle and seat
kits fitted, now filled with E5.
It has always been a ‘weekend’ vehicle and has spent much of the last 30 years
sitting inside a dry garage so I can absolutely guarantee the 38,918 recorded
mileage is genuine.
