SOLD. 1955 Triton Special

1955 Triton Special

Totally stunning in Opalescent Green.

Described by the vendor as benefiting from a Morgo 750cc conversion, high compression pistons, race cams, Bonneville 9 stud head, recon magneto, hand crafted stainless steel exhaust, twin 122 discs, engine rebuild, etc.

This example was built some four years ago for race parades and racing, with a Morgo conversion to 750 cc with 9:5 to 1 compression ratio, 9 stud head with race spec valves and camshafts, and an uprated high pressure lubrication conversion. The frame is a Wideline featherbed with twin 12" disc front brake conversion.

Our vendor purchased it in 2016 as an uncompleted project, he painted the frame and reassembled everything and is now surplus to requirements as a Seeley framed bike has recently joined his collection and needs to be built.

Not DVLA registered. Frame number K22 59797. Engine number 6T ???? erased, believed circa 1952.

Sold with no paperwork.

This beautiful machine really must be seen, one for the discerning collector.
