1965 Rover P5 3 Litre Coupe

Described by the vendor as "a fantastic driver with a super smooth engine".

CWD 131C comes with a history folder which includes receipts, MOT certificates, an Autocheck report and a DirectGov MOT history report.

Highly regarded by the government and very much favoured by Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher who apparently insisted on their continued use when told her replacement vehicle was to be an SD1.

The P5B superceded the 3 litre in September 1967 following its launch at the British Motor Show of that year. Many die hard Rover enthusiasts considered the Buick derived V8 powered P5B to be an overkill and saw no reason to replace the traditional Rover Straight Six power plant.

The coupe version has traditionally been the most desirable.

The current MOT certificate shows no advisories.
