1962 Volkswagen Beetle

It's had some paint, but not all over, runs on 'Camac' crossply tyres and other than the musty odour the interior looks, feels and smells like a 20,000 mile beetle??

Red with Cream interior and 12,518 recorded miles.

The only documentation we have is the V5C.

The vendor has kindly supplied the following information;

"The car was bought by my mum(she believes) around the year 2000 from a long standing and well respected dealership, Rainbow Beetles in Keighley. It was immediately garaged at my Godfathers in Halifax, West Yorkshire. It remained in that garage until the week before it came to you. I think Mum only ever had two runs out in it - it was to be a retirement treat and then circumstances overtook her. Limited remedial work was done on the vehicle by our long standing family garage B&S Motors in Oxenhope. They unfroze the brakes, installed a new ignition as the old key had been lost."

On site now for viewing.

We are open 7 days a week here at Thornton Le Dale for pre-sale viewing, although a quick phone call prior to travelling is advised.

Don't forget. We personally collect FREE of charge around 90% of all our auction vehicles.
