1935 BSA Scout

Current V5 present, paperwork includes large folders of MOT certificates, old V5s, buff logbook, insurance documents, handbook, manual and invoices.

The vendor has provided the following:

This car is one of the first made for its launch in April 1939. It was made from Mk1 up to Mk6 until the outbreak of WW2 in 1939. Up until its launch, there were only 3 wheelers available. This was one of the first front wheel drive, 4 wheeled cars to be made in the British Isles. It had a short run because BSA decided not to make any more cars from 1939 and after the war.

This car was purchased by the previous owner in July 1989 after the car had been unused since 1966. Some restoration had been carried out but the car was in pieces. The car was fully restored, rebuilt and back on the road in January 1990. The previous owner toured France in it. The car was serviced and last run by myself around 2 years ago so will need recommissioning with new oil/petrol. It has long use coolant in it. It comes with side screens, jack and starter handle along with some spares and with extensive notes and files for this vehicle. It has been dry stored.

We highly recommend that you view in person any potential purchase and take time to inspect paperwork and make any relevant enquiries.
