1995 BMW 840 CI Auto
The initial owner of the car, a lady from Kent, kept the car 16 years and covered approximately 63,000 in that time. During this ownership the car was kept garaged.
Two further owners followed, one private, one garage, before entering into a second period of long ownership in March 2013. This new owner immediately started a programme of improvements:-
- New suspension.
- New fuel lines.
- New brake lines.
- New steering
- New hydraulics
- New exhaust
This 7 year ownership was thoroughly enjoyed with circa 40,000 miles covered. We have been informed that the car does now require the following:-
- Air Conditioning re-gas.
- The LED temp sensor / display is intermittent.
- The main key, although opens the car, is not being allowed to start the engine. This will require reprogramming or maybe a replacement key.
